Outside School Hours Care

We provide a welcoming, safe, and fun environment for children before and after school, on student-free days, and during select school holiday breaks. Our program supports families who work, study, or simply need a bit of extra time.

We are very proud that the Department of Education independently rated our program as ‘exceeding’ the National Quality Standards. Our service is designed to offer the children rich opportunities to develop social, emotional, physical, and creative skills through a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities, all supported by our caring and qualified educators.

Activities include:

Arts & crafts, outdoor play, games, child-led play, reading, and educational videos.

We also run special interest clubs for Cooking, Bush Tucker, Sewing, Science, and Gardening and occasionally excursions for older students (grade 4-6).

Parent Involvement

OSHC is managed by a school council sub-committee. Parents are encouraged to join, attend meetings, and help shape the service.

Hours

Before School Care: 7:00 am – 8:45 am

After School Care: 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Student Free Days: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm

School Holiday Program (Autumn, Winter, Spring): 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

School Holiday Program (SHP)

Bookings for SHP are handled separately.

Food

We prepare a rotating menu of homemade healthy meals. Breakfast is available before school care, and an afternoon ‘second snack’ of fresh fruit and vegetables and a hot meal are provided at after school care. Dietary needs and allergies can be fully catered for.
